Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking email after the carrier scans your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery time estimates begin after the carrier picks up the package, not from the order date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts). Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold and will be charged the standard carrier rate.

Delivery Area

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. For international shipping inquiries, contact [email protected] before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you after your package is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are accepted at standard carrier rates. These orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Delivery times may be longer than continental US estimates.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. AYCE CLOTHING is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses submitted at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before the order ships.
