Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused during shipping
  • Returned with original tags still attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as such at time of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. If your item arrived damaged, attach clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Our support team will review and send return instructions, including the return shipping address, within 1–2 business days.
  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right size or item is to return your original order and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions are provided by our support team after your return is approved. For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by AYCE CLOTHING. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
